Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a nice size and had a walking wardrobe, a nice clean kitchen, and a sitting area, but unfortunately, they were infested with bugs. The service was very friendly overall, but there was one incident where the staff member could not care less about our request. The location was great, being within easy walking distance to many attractions, although there was a slight issue with the receptionist later in the evening. The dining options were basic but adequate, and the free orange juice was a nice touch. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, equipped with a large flat TV, wood floors, and a full kitchen with granite countertops. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach on Collins Avenue. However, the dining options were a bit basic. Overall, a great value for money with excellent amenities.
